What are digestive enzymes?
Digestive enzymes help break food into smaller parts. Proteases work on protein, amylases on carbohydrates such as starch, and lipases on fat.
What's the difference between probiotics and prebiotics?
Probiotics are live microorganisms. Prebiotics are fibers those microbes can use. Digest+ includes both. They are not interchangeable.
