Shipping policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

ScaleHouse does not ship physical products. A ScaleHouse package is a custom Shopify store build.

There is no shipping charge. The finished store is delivered as an unpublished theme on your own Shopify store. Your current live theme stays up until you approve the launch.

How soon the build starts depends on when you send your .myshopify.com store URL and 4-digit collaborator code, and on how quickly we receive the files and product details the build needs. We confirm the timeline before work begins.
