Refund policy

ScaleHouse sells custom Shopify store builds. This is a design and development service. There is no physical product, and nothing is shipped.

Before work starts

You pay the full package price on Shopify checkout before the build starts. Email cole815306@icloud.com with your order number before ScaleHouse sends the collaborator request, and we will refund the package price to the original payment method.

After work starts

Once ScaleHouse has sent the collaborator request or started the theme, the package fee covers custom work and is not refundable. If ScaleHouse cannot finish the build, we will refund the unused portion of the package price.

Not included

Shopify plan fees, domains, paid apps, and advertising costs are billed by those companies. ScaleHouse does not refund those charges.

Revision rounds included in your package are for changes inside that package. Work outside the package is quoted separately. Asking for work outside the package is not a reason to refund the original package.
